We are Karen and Cassidy, a mother–daughter team and the proud owners of Roberts Creek Wellbeing. As lifelong West Coasters, we feel deeply connected to the Sunshine Coast and are grateful to call this beautiful place home.
Roberts Creek Wellbeing is your one-stop shop for nourishing your body, mind, home, and family, right in the heart of the Creek. Our thoughtfully curated store features organic produce and groceries, body care, supplements and vitamins, books, cards, and a beautiful selection of local art, crafts, and jewellery—everything you need to support a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
We work closely with carefully chosen, trusted vendors and distributors to bring high-quality products to our growing community of shoppers. A health food store has existed at this location for over 20 years, and we are honoured to continue this long-standing tradition while bringing our own vision, passion, and light to the space.
Our love for health and wellness, combined with our appreciation for the Sunshine Coast community, inspired us to take ownership of the store in January 2020. We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to serving this community for many years to come.

Free shipping on most orders of $100 or more
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship Canada-wide and are happy to bring our favourite products straight to your door. Most orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within Canada, with some exceptions for select items.
For our local community, we’re pleased to offer free next-business-day delivery within Roberts Creek, as well as next-business-day delivery across the Sunshine Coast for a small fee.
We partner with reliable shipping carriers and local delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. If anything doesn’t go quite as planned, we’re always here to help.
Local Pickup
Prefer to pick up in person? We offer free same-day local pickup for orders placed before noon. Simply select local pickup at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re happy to assist with eligible returns or exchanges and aim to make the process as smooth as possible. If you need to return or exchange an item, please reach out to us by email so we can review your request and find the best solution for you.
